48 Hour Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointments are very important to Rev Kehn.  They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancelations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Any appointment missed, late canceled, or changed without 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically one week before and two days before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee.  Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. You are responsible for checking your spam.

If for any reason there are 3 appointments that have either been a no show, cancelled, or changed in less than 48 hours, Rev Gregory Kehn and anyone acting on his behalf has the right to decline any future appointments.

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by Rev Kehn.  You may request not to be charged for the late cancelled session in writing within 7 days if you feel such action is warranted. Rev Kehn will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you in writing within 7 days.

It is mutually understood that if a cancelation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.

The 48 hour cancelation policy gives us time to inform our wait list clients of any availability. Thank you for viewing and supporting our 48 hour cancelation and rescheduling policy criteria!

Refund Policy

Please note that Rev Gregory Kehn reserves the right to prevent you from using his service in the future.

For any service, you may submit a refund request within 24 hours from the date and time services were hired and a transaction was dealt. You are entitled to 50% (less processing fees) refund if the request is submitted within the first 24 hours. However, after 24 hours you are no longer entitled due to the value of time and energy that was provided during those services was lost.

The refunded money usually appears back in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank – minus any processing fees.
